for cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from water by membrane filter technique

Instructions for Use:

Dissolve 14.50gms in 1000ml of distilled water. Add 25ml of ethanol. Mix properly. Gently heat to boiling with gentle swirling and dissolve the medium completely. Dispense the media in to screw cap tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121C) for 15 minutes. After autoclaving tighten the caps of the tubes immediately to avoid loss of ethanol by evaporation. Cool without agitation.
